1/4 cup pico de gallo
1 lettuce leaves
1 tsp lime juice
- Dice chicken into small bite size pieces.
- Wash and prepare lettuce leaf. Pat dry. Place chicken inside lettuce. Top with pico de gallo. Sprinkle with lime
juice. Season with salt and pepper/ or desired spices or hot sauce.
