2 tsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp dark sesame oil
4 cups cabbage, red and green mixed, sliced
1 carrot, peeled, grated
2 Tbsp green onion chopped
In a large bowl, whisk to combine the vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and sesame oil.
Thinly slice and prepare the red and green cabbages, chop onion. Add cabbage, carrot, and onion and toss to
combine. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
