1 whole red pepper, cut into strips
1/4 cup green onions chopped
1 whole Green Pepper Strips
16 cherry tomatoes
3/4 black olives, sliced
2 Tbsp basil leaves, chopped
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
