Fitness Program




As part of our groundbreaking weight loss program, Dr. Rogers Centers offers an all-inclusive San Antonio fitness center location at the Redland location our fitness centers offer you the tools and resources necessary to reach your goals.

Our unique 4 Pillars of Success program incorporates medical, behavioral, and nutritional methods for weight loss, while also recommending regular exercise and fitness for maximum results. To help facilitate this, our fitness center offers a wide array of exercise options, as well as metabolic testing and the ability to work one-on-one with exercise physiologists. Over the course of four to six weeks, using our San Antonio fitness center location, participants can gradually work up to 5 hours a week of excercise for health and weight maintenance goals.

Our San Antonio fitness center location provides a clean, private, and safe environment in which to exercise. From all kinds of cardio machines and exercise equipment to free weights and resistance bands, our centers offer all you need to get a great workout.

To really get the most out of our program, you can also seek personal, one-on-one sessions with our exercise physiologist at our San Antonio fitness center location. Our trainers will give you the knowledge, motivation, and guidance you need to achieve weight loss success.

In addition to offering state-of-the-art exercise equipment, cardio machines, and weights, both Dr. Rogers San Antonio fitness center offers a variety of unique tools and resources that are designed to help you lose weight in an efficient and healthy manner.

Most importantly, our centers offer metabolic testing. Our centers utilize both resting metabolic rate testing and VO2 max assessments to allow us to build the most effective, efficient workout plans for our participants. Before even beginning your first workout, you can undergo metabolic testing to find out how many calories your body burns when resting and what your current cardiovascular fitness level is. Using this information, we can help you determine exactly what level you need to train at and what type of training you should be doing in order to achieve the maximum amount of weight loss. From there, we’ll help you formulate an exercise plan that’s virtually guaranteed to help you lose weight.
