Free Fitness Assessments with a Discount on Supplements
We will be offering a free Fitness Assessment and supplement discount for the first 15 people to sign up. A fitness assessment allows me to identify muscle imbalances in a client, assess goal and goal timelines for the client, make fitness recommendations, and a strength test. The discount will be good for a 10% off a 1 time purchase of any and all supplements offered by Dr. Rogers Weight Loss Center.
Benefits of Group Training: Group training is a wonderful environment for beginners, dedicated fitness fanatics, and everyone in between. With the style of 4th Round Group Training clients will have the freedom to take things easy or push it to the limit. The acute variables intensity and volume (how fast you do a workout and how much you’re lifting) are going to be left mainly up to the client. I will push clients to push themselves, however, group classes offer a cyclical style of motivation. When you’re working out in a group environment there will be moments when you look to your left and see someone really pushing themselves. This will unfailingly motivate you to push harder, but what you don’t know is the person to your right is using you for their motivation. The motivation you get out of it is the same motivation you put back in.
Style: 4th Round Group training will be geared toward building upper and lower body endurance strength with variable intensity interval training and new workouts every week!
Format: 4th Round Group Training will consist of 6 stations to cycle through to complete a round, and 4 rounds to complete a workout! Clients will spend 2 minutes at each station (1 min of exercise and 1 minute rest/reset) for a total of 12 minutes per round. The total workout time will be 48 minutes, with a 5 minute intro and explanation and a 7 minute outro and buffer time.
Times: There will be 4 group classes everyday I’m in the office (Monday-Saturday). The times will be easy to remember; Monday-Friday 6am,7am,6pm, and 7pm, and Saturday will be 7am,8am, 12pm, and 1pm.
Cost Structure: With so many class times to attend we didn’t want to limit you how many times you could attend a class. Instead of buying a package of a certain number of classes, sign up for our new monthly membership program to attend as many classes as you want. The cost of this membership will be $80 a month.
